the terms and conditions in this user agreement. TheReefersInn.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time

web site, you agree in advance to accept any changes or to immediately cease
your use of the site if you do not accept those changes.

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a

User Agreement or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your
account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
The User Agreement will inure to the benefit of TheReefersInn.com's successors,
assigns and licensees.



You acknowledge that TheReefersInn.com and the Salt Water Fish Network does not
control the information available on the message boards, chat rooms and other
user and member-generated pages and that any opinions, advice, statements,
services, offers or other information or content presented or disseminated on
any bulletin board, chat room or on any other user or member-generated pages are
those of their respective authors who are solely liable for their content.
Although TheReefersInn.com may from time to time monitor or review discussions,
chats, postings, transmissions, message boards and other user and
member-generated pages on this web site, neither this site nor any of its
agents, representatives or licensors is under any obligation to do so.
TheReefersInn.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to post or
remove any material submitted to or posted on the chat rooms, message boards or

Registered Members

Your email address is used only for confirming your registration details,
password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one), or
receiving newletters if you subscribe. TheReefersInn.com's  mailing lists are
opt-in, if you do not opt-in, you will not receive any newsletters from these
lists. The Forums at TheReefersInn.com also have the ability to send you emails
informing you of replies if you so elect. Please refer to the Notices section
below.



Cookies

Cookies are placed on your system so that whether as a registered member or not,
the Service will maintain for you your personal Service configurations like
Language. As a registered member, the cookies will also log you back in
automatically upon Service visitation. These cookies are used only by the
Service to enhance your stay and are not used for any kind of tracking.



Administration, Availability

In order to ensure that TheReefersInn.com is able to provide high quality services
which are responsive to customer needs, you must consent to TheReefersInn.com's
Administrators being able to access your account and records on a case by case

deletion of a users account.

bulletin board posting for any reason, we have no obligation to delete content
that you may find objectionable or offensive.

Any communication or material you post or
transmit is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You
assume full responsibility for anything you post or transmit, and you grant
TheReefersInn.com and the Salt Water Fish Network the right to display this material
on its web sites and make back up copies of that material. TheReefersInn.com makes no
ownership claims to any material you post or transmit and agrees that all
submitted materials, text, graphics and files remain the sole property of their
creator, with individual exceptions such as contest entries specifically labeled
as such when solicited. TheReefersInn.com may use any material posted on any of it's
sites, or any site in the Salt Water Fish Network, to promote any of it's sites.



We may modify or discontinue our services or your account with us, with or

PRODUCTS, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER TheReefersInn.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE

VOID UNDER GOVERNING LAW, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED
BY LAW. IF FOR ANY REASON A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION FINDS ANY PROVISION
OR PORTION OF THE USER AGREEMENT POLICY TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINDER OF
THE USER AGREEMENT WILL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.



YOU UNDERSTAND AND EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF TheReefersInn.COMS' SERVICES ARE AT
YOUR SOLE RISK, THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED
THROUGH THE USE OF TheReefersInn.COM IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU
WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF
DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL AND/OR DATA.



Unacceptable Use

It is not acceptable to use TheReefersInn.com for any purposes which violate U.S. or
state laws. Users of TheReefersInn.com shall not deploy data-mining, web-mirroring or
web-copying of any kind against the site. Any such effort will be construed as
an attempt to duplicate copyright data, and/or to destabilize the operation of
the website. TheReefersInn.com employs active log checking in order to identify users
who ignore this condition of use, and will investigate fully any suspected
cases.



Privacy

In registration to our community
services, TheReefersInn.com requires a username and an email address. All other
details are optional. We will not offer any information about
you to any third party unless requested by a legal authority. However, you
should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g.,
name, email address) etc., on a bulletin board, chat room or on any other user
or member-generated pages, that information can be collected and used by others
and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties.

Modifications to this policy

TheReefersInn.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior
notification at our discretion. The responsibility to stay informed of any
changes to this policy remains solely on you.
