My best friend bought my a fish while on vacation, it is being shipped as I type . She said it is called a "red manderin" , it was described as having the face of a frog, red in color with green markings *almost plaid looking), and the back fin spins sort-of like a propeler . PLEASE Help. I have looked at every site I can conjer up...this being the final.
